B16 MOTOR FOR SALE FUNDAMENTALS EXPLAINED

I have a 2001 awd CRV Along with the B20 engine. I really like the car but wish it had a lot more electric power for each day driving. What on earth is included when changing the stock head Along with the VTech head?
